Processing & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and collection. Some items may ship earlier than others based on production schedules, inventory levels, and logistics.

110% Delivery Protection
Every order is backed by our 110% Order Protection Guarantee.
If your package never ships, you’ll receive a full refund plus 10% of your original order total. This protection exists to ensure you’re never at risk of being scammed or left without your order.
To qualify:
You must provide proof of order and proof that the order was never shipped.
The claim must be made within the shipping timeframe we’ve publicly stated or updated through official communication (Instagram or SMS).
Verification & Liability
To protect against fraudulent claims and bad actors, ØHA utilizes internal backend systems to verify all shipping data.
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. At that point, ØHA is no longer liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and ensuring every legitimate customer receives what they paid for — protected under our 110% guarantee.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 Business Days after payment is received. During collection launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for most regions.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the site or during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order directly on our website in the tracking section.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international transit times.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
ØHA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately — address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ØHA cannot be held responsible for theft or loss. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim.
