Return Policy
Free Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every ØHA product. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You must clearly state what is wrong with the product before the return process is initiated.
Any visible damage, stains, or signs of wear will void eligibility for a return or exchange.
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back at no cost.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are processed based on inventory availability.
If the requested size or style sells out before your return is received, we will:
Offer an alternative item of equal value, or
Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
ØHA cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges due to the limited nature of our collections.
Return Process
Submit a Return Request: Email support@ohaofcl.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Approval & Label: Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
Inspection: Upon receipt, our team inspects the item to ensure it meets eligibility standards.
Refund/Exchange Issued: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items purchased through third-party retailers
Custom or limited-edition products (if stated on product page)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
We will verify and issue a free replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
International Returns
At this time, free returns and exchanges apply to U.S. orders only.
International customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for return and exchange processing after we receive your item.
You will be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
